History

Scrappy Doo is the son of Ruby Doo, and the nephew of the famous Scooby-Doo. He is highly energetic, and will often charge out to confront those he considers a threat. He idolizes his Uncle Scooby and loves the adventures that he has when accompanying him.

Appearance

Scrappy looks rather like a younger-version of his Uncle Scooby. He also has a brown coat with black spots, and he is a Great Dane or (more likely) a Great Dane mix. He is, however, more anthropomorphized than Scooby, walking almost exclusively on his hind legs, using his front paws as hands, and talking clearly. He does, nonetheless, wag his tail when he is happy.

The only clothing Scrappy Doo wears is blue collar, from which dangles a blue-and-yellow, diamond-shaped medallion.

Nermal is the main villain protagonist of the 2022 Undertale fangame Bad Monday Simulator. He's a cat who fell into an underground and from there, started his killing spree. He also slaughtered Sansfield's friends by decieving them with his cuteness, despite Sansfield warning his friends about him. He's Sansfield's archenemy.

Synopsis

There was once a world where weeks were only six days long. Everyone lived together in harmony. However, it wasn't until one day, a new day has been added to the week, Monday. The existence of Mondays caused everyone to go to war against each other, fighting until the bitter end. However, there exists a special world where things such as Mondays don't exist known as the Underground.

One day, a small grey cat named Nermal found out his friends were gone. Searching for them, Nermal stumbles upon a mysterious abandoned house. As he investigates, Nermal accidently falls to a hole which leads him to the Underground itself.

During his time in the Underground, Nermal would befriend many people there, with the exception of none other than Sansfield. Sansfield tried to tell others that they should get rid of Nermal but they ignored him, finding Nermal to be adorable. This came with a terrible consequence where Nermal kills off everyone except for Sansfield himself. When Nermal arrives at the barn, he meets Sansfield who's waiting for him inside. Having had enough of him, Sansfield challenges Nermal to a fight to stop once and for all and avenge his friends.

When he successfully beats Sansfield, Nermal is given an option of whether to kill Sansfield or spare him. The outcome depends on what option Nermal chooses and what difficulty mode the game is played on.
Endings

On Normal and Hard difficulties, if Nermal chooses to kill Sansfield, he'll try to claw him to death, only to be stopped by him before he could even touch him. As punishment for his crimes, Sansfield turns Nermal into a plushie and cracks a joke about his new form. If Nermal chooses to spare him, Sansfield will thank him, only to put him inside a box and ship him off to Abu Dhabi.

On Monday Mode, if Nermal chooses to kill Sansfield, Sansfield will try to block his attack. However, Sansfield notices something off about Nermal before the grey cat breaks free from his grasp and claws him. After Sansfield dies, Nermal teleports to close to the player and "kills" them until the screen goes red. If he chooses to spare Sansfield, Sansfield will become surprised that, even after everything, Nermal still holds some respect for him. Despite this, Sansfield puts Nermal in a space ship and sends him flying into space, never to be seen again.

However, if the player beats the Monday Mode twice without dying and getting the KILL and SPARE endings respectively, they'll get a secret ending. After being launched into space, Nermal uses his powers to transform the space ship into a rock over the course of billions of years. Once the transformation, he heads back to Earth and crashes into it. It is unknown what happened afterwards.

Trivia

Nermal is the only character in the game's lore to not be a fusion of a Garfield and Undertale character, although he's essentially it's equivalent to Frisk/Chara.
Nermal makes multiple pop culture references in the game:
Nermal's "Pray" ability is likely based on Paula's ability of the same name from EarthBound.
One of the attacks as a result of Nermal's praying is a direct reference to "BIG SHOT" from Deltarune.
Nermal's fate in Monday Mode's SPARE ending is similiar to Kars' in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency.
Nermal's fate in Normal and Hard Mode's KILL endings is a possible reference to the "Don't turn me into a marketable plushie" meme.
Nermal getting sent to Abu Dhabi in Normal and Hard Mode's SPARE endings is based on the running gag in the original Garfield comics where Garfield would often try to ship him away to that city.
It's heavily suggested, if not confirmed, that Nermal is the embodiment of Monday itself. His transformation into a meteor and return to Earth billions of years later in the secret ending is reminiscent of the meteor that created Mondays in the first place in the Undergarf Intro.
