Vilgax is an intergalactic alien warlord and conqueror, a Chimera Sui Generis who serves as Ben's archenemy, and the most recurring villain in the on-going franchise. He was introduced in And Then There Were 10, and has since appeared multiple times in all the series. Ben considers him as one of the most dangerous villains he has faced. Vilgax was the main antagonist of the first three series (Ben 10, Alien Force, and Ultimate Alien).

Vilgax's Sword: Vilgax's Sword can project energy beams or coat itself in flames, or crystals able to refract energy blasts. Even without the flames or crystal, the sword is incredibly sharp, able to easily cut through stone, Chromastone, and even an entire spaceship with a single stroke.
Optional Equipment:

Ruby Ray of Rouleau: Vilgax can use the Ruby Ray of Rouleau as a laser projector, and was able to considerably weaken Ultimos with one shot. According to Vilgax, Ultimos' ability to survive the shot was unusual, suggesting that most other beings would be immediately killed.
Shield of Seagle: Vilgax can use the Shield of Seagle to generate a powerful personal forcefield. The forcefield can become a knight-like shield on his arm or a dome/sphere to protect his whole body and is able to defend him from attacks such as Ultimos' punches, Jetray's neuroshock blasts, or the guns of a spaceship. It can even let Vilgax cut clean through that same spaceship.
Gauntlet: Vilgax can use his gauntlet as a taser, allowing him to grab and shock Big Chill while intangible. It also gave him the ability to coat his hands in light energy and use them as boxing gloves.
Raygun: Vilgax kept a raygun in a holster on his right hip.
Chronosapien Time Bomb: Given to him by Maltruant in 1773, the bomb creates a time ripple that can destroy all known timelines in a multiverse, including infinitely branching space-time continuums.
Intelligence: Gifted (Vilgax is ruthless, cruel, and power-hungry. In nearly all his encounters, Vilgax has operated with the single-minded objective of acquiring the Omnitrix but he is an intelligent being, as he is knowledgeable about several technologies, and tricked and defeated Dagon an extra-dimensional entity, who has taken over hundreds of dimensions, and tricked Ben into giving him the Omnitrix multiples times).

Ch'rell (also known as Torrinon, Kako Naso, Duke Acureds, Oroku Saki, and the Shredder) is the central antagonist of the 2003 TV series) and the most recurring villain.

He was the main Shredder; having the most history with the Turtles and Splinter. He is called the Utrom Shredder as he is not truly human, but an Utrom named Ch'rell who uses an Utrom exo-suit (a humanoid vessel). He is a notorious intergalactic war criminal, who has adopted numerous aliases. He is the only known blood-red Utrom (as opposed to the species' normal pink appearance), has a purple scar over his left eye and three horn-like protrusions on each side and the center of his head.
