It's been a funny old week ladies and gents. I think the most unbearable part of it was when an animation client revealed to me that the deadline for the work for them was being brought forward a week. Normally this would have been all right, if it wasn't for the fact they only told me 24 hours before the hand in! I think most of you can gather just why I've been strangely absent for a few days!
Sometimes, clients just don't understand the time scale to workload ratio at all.
Suffice to say, I look a lot like Octavia here now.

Yikes - clients shouldn't expect people they hire to be able to switch at that short of notice. They set a deadline, it's their fault if that deadline moves and shit isn't ready.
