I remember when my wife was either trying to finish her senior demo reel, or trying to get a work done before game release, she'd put in these insane hours in the lab/ studio. Sometimes sleeping at work instead of coming home.

Neither do I, it's a fairly standard cycle in the animation world:
- Start project feeling excited for it.
- Gradually wear down as project goes on.
- Curse and swear at project like a sailor.
- Watch the finished piece, and all is forgiven!
