Z, previously known as Zefer was originally a translater for her human companion [Shyvana] back on Earth. Her 'Master' didn't like the thought of the rest if society agreeing to send Disassembly Drones to go kill the Worker Drones tho [Shyvana] saw them as equals. So Z was changed and made to now kill off Disassembly Drones to stop this nonsense and was sent off.
