Not my usual kind of submission, but hey - it's art!

My mother celebrated another birthday this week, and I try my best to make something relevant and entertaining for her. This year, she's been watching a heck of a lot of property shows, like Homes Under the Hammer and Escape to the Countryside, and so on. The phrase 'per calendar month' is part of our repertoire now, so it made sense to do something around estate agents. I'm glad I took the stylized approach to this one, since I'm rubbish at drawing faces.
