I can figure out Morski Oriel, from the kyrillic. Is it called Sea Eagle in Russian/Bulgarian?
This is an amazing shot. I could be jealous :-D The bird in all its splendor, with spread wings, surely moving quite fast, but still frozen in time, and crisp clear. And I like the background, too, serves the bird well.
