my favourite lens is the 24-70 because I use it most and know it so well.
I do love the 14-24
I used to use the 15mm on my F3HP before I went digital.
They are very similar lenses being so much glass.

It is great lens also 24-70mm but don't forget about 70-200mm 2.8, and there it is the holy trinity

I am afraid I have the 70-300 4.5-5.6 (I bought it all at the same time so couldn't afford a better telephoto but it is a fine lens for the money)
I do love my 50mm 1.4 though I don't use it as much as I should

I have also 50mm f1.4 and I don't use it as much as I should
I also have Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro.. it is really sharp lens.. as sharp as Nikkor 105mm f2.8.. but I don't have some other telephoto because I am more to ultra wide angle, so I will not have use of 70-200 or 70-300
