Description Out on the water, Shantae and her friends currently found themselves in a ferry boat traveling across the sea to the Ammo Baron’s hideout.  The boat was a semi small vessel, with a max capacity of ten passengers, or two obese women and their skinny friend.  Piloting the vessel was a small old man who was clearing not excreting having to lug such a heavy load across the sea.  The experienced captain was doing his best to maintain the course, though no doubt there were concerns about his “cargo”.

“I’m charging ya extra for the additional coal we’re using to travel ya!”  Shouted the captain towards the back of the boat.  Shantae was trying her best to ignore her current circumstances and to just enjoy the boat ride.  The Sun above kissed her tan fat, her large purple hair brushed against her thick back fat.  Sky was enjoying a light boat snack while Bolo just stared up towards the great blue sky.

“I really do appreciate the sense of concern you guys, but you didn’t have to come along.”  Said Shantae looking out into the ocean.  It was difficult not to see the Baron’s newest structure looming over in the distance.  Some water from the rocking of the boat splashed onto Sky’s back.

“Hey it’s what friends do, you scratch my back, I scratch the whole lot of yours.”  Said Bolo in his usual monotone expression.  Of course, Shantae knew that he meant well.

“Uh...that’s not exactly what I was referring to.”  It was obvious to anyone who saw the boat leaving the harbor that the combined weights of Shantae and Sky would almost ensure the boat would sink before the party even got halfway to Ammo Barron’s keep.  But at least the calming boat ride was nice. On their way to the base, another farey, this one twice as large with double the amount of people on board passed them by.  The boat was decorated with banners and several people on board had large cameras not unlike-

“Tourists?  All the way out here?”  Wondered Sky.  Slowly but surely the boat pulled up to the dock where the Ammo Baron’s hideout was nestled, it was a miracle that they weren’t hit once by any of the sporadic cannon balls being fired from the top of the base, especially at the speed they were traveling at.  The trio arrived on the shore not too long after the group of tourist who was being led into the tower by a friendly young tour guide.

“Thank you!”  Shouted Shantae as the boat made for a hasty retreat back to port.  The Baron was known for his contemplating structures, and the one standing before Shantae and her friends were no exception.  Like others before it, the tower was a tall structure built from the strongest bricks around.  Though unlike the Baron’s previous outings, there was something a bit different to this one.  For one thing there was a small ticket booth near the shore, and next to that appeared to be some sort of souvenir stand, with kids already lining up to buy some Ammo Baron goodies.  Atop the mighty tower, the Baron himself peaked down, noticing the tan mass that was Shantae, he began to piece together what this “thing” was doing on his island.

“What do we got down their boys?”  Grinned the tyrannical Ammo Baron.

“Looks like two large marshmallows and some kid sir.  Should we blast em?”  The Baron scratched his chin, while he could never turn down a good explosion, using his precious cannon balls on insignificant targets just seemed like a waste of ammo.

“Hey Ammo Barron!  You’ve got something of mine!  Or rather someone.”  Shantae shouted from below.

“Huh?  What was that?  Sorry I don’t speak marshmallow.”  The Baron hollered, his men joining in the laughter.  Not being taken even slightly seriously made Shante quite upset.  Her escalating weight becoming even more of a hinderance with each passing milestone.

“If you’re not gonna give us back Risky willingly, we’re just gonna have to go in there and get her ourselves!”  Shantae began to belly dance, though it was more like her round body just wobbling and bobbing to the movement of her hips.  Moments later and with a puff of smoke, she transformed into her elephant form, albeit a much fatter elephant than what she usually became.  Her legs were so thick it gave her more of an obtuse ball appearance.  Though slower and with even more jiggle, Shantae charged for the large wooden doors of the fortress.  A few guards standing on the other side were blown away by the impact of the charging pachyderm.  Upon entering the fortress, the Baron’s soldiers fired at Shantae, though oddly enough Shantae’s extra padding was enough to deflect the bullets, ricocheting them right back where they came.  The tour guide leading the large pack of camera trotting tourists quickly led them to safety, explaining that it was all part of the show.

“Cease fire!  We’re being hit!”  Shouted one of the higher-ups.  The soldiers quickly scurried to the next level up of the fortress.  Sky and Bolo entered behind Shantae as soon as the coast was clear.  Walking over the wooden door which had been reduced to splinters.

“Well, that’s one way to make an entrance.”  Said Bolo as Shantae resumed her human form.  “You feeling alright Shantae?  That looked like it took a lot of energy to pull off.”

“Phew, a bit winded, but those bullets were nothing.  Guess all this weight is good for something.”  Shantae grinned.  “Come on, we gotta get to the Baron!”  With no time to lose, Shante waddled up the stone steps of the first floor, her wide hips brushing up against the walls, causing her to blush quite a bit.  While traveling up the stairs, the corner of her eye caught glimpse of the occasional display case with a weapon inside, it was strange decoration for a fortress to be sure, but with time on the line it was but a blip on Shante’s mind.  On the next floor she was met with even more armed soldiers.  Thinking fast Shantae performed another dance, this one transforming her into an almost spherical monkey.  The soldiers responded quickly, a barrage of bullets cascading towards her.  Shantae's little monkey heart pounded like mad as she quickly scurried between the legs of the soldiers, resulting in a few shots to the foot.  By the time Sky and Bolo arrived on the floor, most of the soldiers were out of it.  With no soldiers to worry about, it was much easier to see what exactly was in the room.  The room was in fact a mini-museum of the life and times of the Ammo Baron.

“I knew this guy had a huge ego but this is nuts.”  Commented Bolo as him and Sky followed Shantae.  Upon the roof of the tower, Shantae came face to face with the man who had rampaged through Scuttle Town on multiple occasions.  On this day the Baron was dressed not in his usual military garb, but rather a well dressed suit.  Even though it was hard to bend within the sleeves of said suit, he managed as best he could, giving Shantae his usual cocky smile.

“Ah ha!  Well if it isn’t that pesky little, well I guess “little” doesn’t quite describe ya anmore, genie.”  The Baron chuckled at the sight of the overly bloated Shantae.  “I apologize for not recognizing ya before, it’s sort of hard to make ya out underneath all that blubber.”  Shantae huffed and puffed her very chubby cheeks.

“Alright Ammo Baron!  Listen up!  You’re gonna hand over Risky Boots to me without any questions asked got it?!”  Shantae shouted, doing her very best to come off as intimidating as she could giving her soft size.  The Baron though tilted his head in confusion, his single eye winced in confusion.

“Huh?  What are ya talking about?  Ain’t no one in my army has any Risky Boots.  All of our boots are handcrafted with the strongest, butt-kicking leather around.  You’d be hard-pressed to find a boot with even the slightest defect.”

“Uh, sir?”  Piped one of the Baron’s guards.  “I believe she’s referring to the uh, bouncy castle.  The one for the kids.”

“The what now?”  Asked Shantae, the Baron’s face lit up with excitement as soon as he realized what, or who rather Shantae was referring to.

“Oooooh, she must be referring to our star attraction!  Ah ha, I actually want to give it a go myself!  How are the guests enjoying the exhibits so far?”

“Most seem to be enjoying themselves.  Though a few are complaining about the lack of a wheelchair ramp.”

“Ok, I’m still lost.”  Said Shante trying to regain focus on the conversation.  The Baron turned his attention back to the obese woman.

“Did ya think I made yet another new fortress just for the sake of it?  What you’re standing on right now, this my dear is the future site of the Ammo Park!”  Said the Ammo Baron, arms raised above his head.  “A place where the kiddies can have fun and learn all about weaponry right from the source!  Sure it’s small now but once we get some steady revenue, we’re gonna be adding all kinds of new attractions!”

“So you’re recruiting kids into your army?  I gotta say that’s pretty low, even for someone like you.”  Said Shantae with the tone of a disappointed mother.  Not that the Baron seemed to care much.

“Who's it harming genie girl?  The kiddies get to have fun, I make a small bit of revenue, Scuttle Town remains bullet hole free, everyone wins in my book.  If anything you should be thanking me.”

“Enough of your pr garbage, where’s Risky?!”

“Why should I tell a butterball like you?  The last thing I need is you ruining my big day.”  Behind the Baron several troops had gathered, all armed and ready to fire.  Rising from the floor of the roof was a small mech-like machine which the Baron stepped inside of.  “If you plan on fighting me I got the backup to boot.”  Ammo Baron grinned.  Shantae prepared herself for an intense fight.  “What are ya waiting for?  Fire!”  On command the Baron’s soldiers fired at the obese woman.  Shantae had no time to dance, forcing her to have to dodge the oncoming Bulletstorm.  Her gelatin like body wiggled and jiggled about, which fortunately helped in dodging the shots.  “Come on boys, I don’t think you’re even trying.”  Shouted the Baron pointing at Shantae.  Shantae was already worked up from all the soldier fighting and bullet dodging from earlier, she was breathing heavily and was slow to move, exactly what the Baron wanted.  The right arm of the Baron’s machine began to glow, collecting energy as he was about to fire a rocket punch directly at Shantae.  Shantae did her best to regain balance on her chubby feet.  “Get out of my theme park girly!”  The mech charged forward at full power; before it had a change to hit Shantae, a misstep from her wobbling feet sent her flying off the roof.

“Ahhh!”  She shouted, her life flashing before her eyes.  With her eyes tightly shut Shantae prepared for the end.  Too focused on her final moments, Shantae didn’t even feel the soft, bouncy surface of her landing.  Her eyes reopened, her vision staring up into the sky.  She was flabbergasted, to say the least.  “Huh?  But what?”  A chubby hand rested on a purple, fleshy surface, it was bouncy, jiggling with a jello like consistency.  “What’s going on?”  Shantae fumbled off of the mass and popped back on the ground.  When she turned around she was met with a near wall of purple fat which gurgled with an almost monstrous pitch.  The wide cones of fat neat to the wall brought Shantae to a shocking conclusion.  “Risky?!”
