Okay, so he's more a kid than a baby, he's still one of my co-worker's kids.He's actually the first kid I have met and gotten to talk to, he's absolutely adorable!
And the reason it's in monochrome? The mother asked for it this way. The colors are the French Gray Prismacolor range. I didn't use black in most of it except Verithin black on his hair to make it more detailed.
