I've always loved the Winamp 3 look, but hated how it's not complete yet, and kinda pisses me off. I'm still clinging to Winamp 2.76!

Yes, I asked Steve Gedikian personally if he was okay with the skin, and he said yes. He told me only to not go out making Sonique skins using his stuff
