I have a sneaky suspicion that you may have a multi-material assigned to the diffuse map slot. Make sure you only assign bitmaps/image files to the diffuse map slot for any and all exported materials.

What id you try SI3D Forums or try the new version of Blender.

Maybe the bad version of the exporter? I honestly don't know
