Story: A growing problem

Beth shuffled her feet, a deep crimson blooming across her cheeks. "I, uh, have a bit of a problem," she mumbled, her voice barely a whisper.

You glanced down, then up, your jaw hanging slack. Pregnancy had certainly done a number on her. Her once-perky melons had ballooned to the size of cantaloupes, straining the fabric of her oversized maternity shirt.
"Whoa, that is…" you started, searching for a tactful way to describe the situation. "Quite a load," you settled on, hoping it wouldn't sound crass.
Beth sighed, her ample chest jiggling with the movement. "Melons are nothing, trust me," she mumbled, her embarrassment giving way to a hint of desperation.
Before you could process her cryptic statement, a tremor ran through her body. Her breasts visibly swelled, the fabric stretching taut before tearing with a dramatic rip. Two enormous globes, easily the size of watermelons, spilled out, their creamy expanse glistening with milk.
Your eyes widened further. This was beyond anything you'd ever imagined. Beth, however, seemed past surprise. Panic flickered in her eyes as she clutched the overflowing mounds.
"Please," she gasped, her voice strained. "I can't… the pressure… I need help!"
Your initial shock melted away, replaced by a sense of urgency. This wasn't a time for polite conversation. Beth needed relief, and fast. You cleared your throat, gathering your wits.
"Alright," you said, your voice surprisingly steady. "Let me see what I can do. But we need to find something… bigger."
The situation was outrageous, surreal. Yet, as you surveyed the scene, a strange sense of excitement bubbled within you. You had never encountered anything like this before, and a part of you, a hidden, curious part, couldn't help but be intrigued by the sheer enormity of it all.
