Yes He Is A Base Game Sim And Also Yes I Did Change His Entire Look..(the muscles were his own doing not me(as for some reason most of my sims enjoy working out even if they don't have the athletic trait),he does have his normal outfits still(well did as their save is fricking GONE)Le Sim(normally(without my nonsense(and yes he is apart of my sims universe cuz i like him)|Sims Wiki Link(for his normal base game self)
