kinda WIP i guess...it was suppose to be for the thing
though i might give up on it
this is like, equivlant to a 1st pass encoding, there are improvements to be made if i decide to continue with it but like.... neh ~_~
so yeah, because of that there are many irregularities and inconsistancies (such as sizes), so just keep that in mind
