Description
First, of course, is a script written a couple episodes in advance then refined and adjusted when I get up to it. Then a rough manuscript sketch and layout for the whole episode, getting down core ideas and layout, checking pacing and readability. Then the panel-by-panel process of refining the sketch if necessary, inking it, and if I'm not short on time and the panel is super lucky, I'll toss on some screen tones.

Excluding the sudden idea of slipping in another panel or two during the later steps, and the rushed panic of fixing mistakes and spelling errors while uploading.
