Reference sheet for my Neopet Character Nilo the Maractite Draik, based on a Neopet of a childhood friend.
Nilo is the Child of Water for being born with Water powers. He is from a small island attached to the Mystery Island archipelago, where he lives in a little village with abundant fish around. He is a fisherman just like his parents and uses his powers to bring food to the local business. However, one day he had to scare off a giant and aggressive Maraquan Grarrl that was about to attack a group of boats there. He managed to save all the fishermen, but lost his arm during the fight. Since then, every year the villagers holds a festival dedicated to Nilo and his courage, he is even given the title of the village's lucky charm.
