Description
So much within this human existence is unknown and difficult to grasp. I am of the sort who believes there is so much more than what any human is capable of comprehending or explaining through symbolic language. I accept uncertainly and the fact that I know very little about our place in the universe including the source of our creation. Different human tribes have created their own religious doctrines that strive to answer those existential questions. Followers of each of these different schools of thought learn how to have faith and maintain their belief in one ideology despite all of the uncertainty. It often seems that when one decides to only follow one system of belief they close their mind to other possibilities. I suppose this piece is about that, the potentially blinding nature of following one ideology when trying to understand the incredibly complex, limitless, awe inspiring, perhaps even terrifying sensation of that which resides beyond the bounds of human comprehension.
