Morpheus in Greek mythology, is a god associated with dreams and sleep. He shaped and formed the dreams, through which he could appear to mortals in any form. This made him a a messenger of the gods, able to communicate divine messages to sleeping mortals. Of course this is a very fascinating thing to contemplate as I often wonder if perhaps there is more to this reality than what I can comprehend or get in touch with. Thus I sometimes wonder what really happens when we dream, and if maybe there is an entity like Morpheus who comes into our dreams to offer a contact with something beyond. My logical brain says that it is most likely not the case, but I still like to ponder “What if?”.
