I am perplexed that even in healthy dynamics, and doing everything that is good and healthy for me, there are days that I can find myself exhausted and overwhelmed by the necessity to maintain a nurturing dynamic with myself and others. I suppose some of those things don’t come naturally to me. I didn’t get those nurturing things during my formative years. And on those days when I am overwhelmed, I just want to exist, just be, not have to do anything to prove myself, or have to prove anything to anyone. Very fascinating phenomenon.✨
