A DD! Thank you very very much!! Can't believe it!
First of all, allow me to apologize in advance for not thanking al the faves. You guys are more than 1.000! So thank you very much from here.

There are two points I must remark:

1) This picture is an statement about smoking, but is not intended to insult smokers, neither to be used as an excuse for that. Since everyone is free to have his or her own opinion, I have made my point, respect that and respect the free will of smokers too.

2) A lot of people have said the teeth should be more yellow. I just tried it yesterday and didn't like the result. The teeth being brighter than the overall image balance the composition, so I think I'm gonna leave it the way it is. The pic is intended to be more conceptual than realistic and, judging by your response, this inaccuracy doesn't seem to hurt the overall message. By the way, thank you very much and I appreciate your feedback!
