Remember though that Freedom is an ideology itself - and no ideology is innocent.
As always awesome composition and intriguing subject matter.

Is there anything which is innocent?

Well anything that is within a culture is not innocent. If you could escape culture (and power for that matter) than you would find innocence. But that's impossible, you can't escape something you are a part of. Perhaps a Foetus is innocent because it hasn't entered any sort of symbolic order, but then what is the point of innocence anyway?
It is important to notice that nothing is neutral, objective or innocent and that everything has a bias. Even theories that state that everything has a bias have a bias. This isn't a bad thing though, it's just important to notice that theories/laws/discourses that try to posit themselves as objective, neutral etc... can never escape subjective bias. I think Bosniak's photography is great because brings these sorts of issues to the forefront and open up space for discussion.

but then what is the point of innocence anyway? That's it - the concept of innocence becomes moot when nothing is innocent. When you describe freedom as not innocent, you can't contrast it to something that is innocent, because there is no innocent ideal.
I fully agree with your explanation - and therefore I think it's pointless to point out that something isn't innocent.
