This is so true... Alot ofd people(mostly kids) believe that they don't have and don't need to the rules, so then and there then continue to make raiots and become their own worse enemies... making the world a horrible place, instead of that of freedown and balance... everybody has the right to speech but as long as they exlain themselves clearly...
everybody can do everything but they must not break rules... because that can only create chaos if not careful
