What if the Black Lagoon and Resident Evil worlds became an Amalgam World?

This is inspired by the Revy vs Jill Valentine MU that is relatively popular in the Death Battle community but now, it is their entire worlds that are crossing. Both verses have the same feel of be somewhat realistic yet still having the comic-like action and charm though the former verse is more action while the latter verse is more based on horror, especially recently. Both have some relation to warfare with BL having it be the main part of the series while RE would be the result if they fail as Umbrella and its successors usually sell their virus as weapons which could be how their cross. Nonetheless, it would be the characters that people would want to be the main thing, like Jill meeting Revy for example.
