What if Ch'rell aka the Utrom Shredder, the first main antagonist of the 2003 TMNT show, was inside the Twilight Cage from Sonic the Hedgehog?The Twilight Cage was used as a prison to banish an entire group of Echidnas who was planning to conqueror the galaxy so I think Ch'rell would be a fitting addition to the cage.
