What if the Foot Clan, the main antagonists of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, were in the Naruto universe?
One of the most well-known evil ninja clans in fiction in a world filled with Ninja Clans. While occasionally known for being technologically advance compared to other Ninja Clans, they also had connections with supernatural elements such as the Sword of Tengu (a technological weapon which can be change into a mystical one) and Kitsune, a figure from the IDW comics who is flat out a Yokai. So you can have a fully mystical Foot Clan to fit in the verse or make them different by giving them the tech that the world of Naruto would have never seen.
What would change with the Foot Clan being here?
Would they join forces with any other clan or go solo?
How would they react to the world?
How would the Naruto cast feel about them?
How dangerous would they be in this world?
