Most of the pony characters have unique names, with three exceptions: Iron Will, Babs Seed and Zecora, which are meant to replace those already included with the program. The Equestria Girls all have names different from the ponies.

Anyway, like it's said in the description, you need the Desktop Ponies program first, which you can find here:Β www.ponychan.net/fan/res/458.hβ¦
Once you've downloaded and unpacked the zip file, you can find a "Ponies" folder within the main folder. That's where the characters are stored and where you can drop additional characters in. Once that's done correctly, they'll be available in the program.

You won't believe this. I installed desktop ponies and add to it Ember and Spike. And in Spike folder, I have got that frame when Spike's floating with hearts around. So I'd click at gimme ponies button and Spike's floating frame was all around Ember.
PS: For me, Spember forever..Β

Just saying it's not really that good enough level to be a Shimeji Level.

All shimejis I've found up to now are rather boring: there are more charas here, they do sounds, and they have so many actions and interactions that you only discover it by chance, when Shimejis only climb, fall, multiplicate, le you grab them... that's pretty all...
But I really want to use desktop ponies for PokΓ©mon. Difficult to find the database, but I already added some PokΓ©mon centers in my normal Desktop Ponies ^_^

I have them in a folder in my Desktop ponies folder, but they don't work/I don't see them in the panel when I open desktop ponies.

Well, you use the Equestria Girls like you'd use any of the regular ponies.

Uhm, if you just want to add them to the program, there's really no need for coding. You just have to unzip the characters you want (with the folders intact), then you put the characters' folders into the "ponies" folder (it can be found inside the program's main folder). Now you can start the program and they should be ready to go.

1. The program is (unsurprisingly) called Desktop Ponies. You can find it on Ponychan, more precisely inΒ this thread Β (at least at the moment of me writing this).
2. The program comes with more than 250 characters already included, so with a bit of luck, those "other ponies" you are missing can be found right there.
