It's not hard to smash gifs apart...
For example, I took apart the majority of Fluttershy's animations for a future platformer, just as a test character because I'm too damn lazy to make decent assets myself, and I'm in the process of reanimating them in a Java application so that I can load all the sprites at once, then switch between animations at the drop of a hat.

Yeah, I really don't get those people. But anyway...
Adding custom ponies is usually just a matter of extracting the files and putting them into the "ponies" folder within the program folder. It's really not that complicated.Β Creating a custom one can be done with the built in editor, or you could just copy one of the existing ponies and edit that.

princess twilight is twilight sparkle's clone. On here season twilight is dead because Princess Celestia kiled him, and is apearing a clone with corn and wings but the pony is not twilight.

Well, if pretending that alicorn Twilight is a different character from unicorn Twilight helps you to cope with her ascension, be my guest. But personally, I think clones are usually more trouble than they're worth.

No, every pony just has their own folder that contains everything. The only exception would be interactions if there are any.
