hmm, I seen that episode twice and I don't think I saw him with wheels. Of course now that you've piqued my interest, i shall go watch it again.

not sure he had visible wheels, (when theyre on the beach near the lagoon) but I couldve sworn he moved while in M-Scope mode. It's possible this all came from when I saw a photo of the original toy, theres tank tracks, which were possibly for some unknown tank/artillery gun alt mode.
