It's the japanese repaint of the universe ultra toy. I nabbed him a week after getting the off-white hasbro one.

Powerglide's face in panel #5 looks almost like Optimus Prime's.
Also I feel bad for the Autobots who now have to stop Metroplex from doing who knows what to the Statue Of Liberty.

They ring up the ghostbusters, they use that mood slime, play a bit of "Higher and Higher" ,liberty comes alive and .... err well they have a rather pleasant evening in the park.
