Tracer
◉ Blinking now causes you to grow, a lot
◉ You now also damage teammates, when grown enough
◉ At a certain size, you're able to run over enemies and allies, causing them to take a lot of damage, scaling with increased size
Tracer has been in a rather stale state ever since the recent nerf.
These changes should make her a more exciting pick for both teams.
