The shape, curve, size, and point of elven ears is, for the elves, an instinctual indicator of favorability and attractiveness. Other mortal species laugh at the idea, but it is as natural as breathing for the elves. Because elves value naturality above all else you won’t see many adorn their ears with anything but the most basic of naturally coloured make-up.

Dawn of Unity does not feature elves very much, however they are sure to become more prominent in future books! In world, high elves and the Eldarun Dominion are a counter to the powerful Rhoathian Imperium, a human empire. Though they meddle in Imperium affairs often, they are otherwise isolationist in all other things.
