Another expression practice sketch I am in love with the colors in this one I enhanced them a bit, at least I think I did I'm not even sure if the edit was saved properly. I'm still learning how to draw so forgive the horrendous ear. The water colors on this one were really fun, I used an unorthodox technique to paint, one brush in each hand. I'm pleased with the results and look forward to painting like that again.

This is Aston, he is currently the top of a bi-sexual love triangle . He is guilty of lust for his partners, Alexis and Mike, and is addicted to leather and nightlife. He recently became a deep house DJ in Seattle, he opens for local shows at various nightclubs. He and mike are hooked on Opioids, such as Oxycontin and Vicodin. Alexis stays clean, and loves to dance, but is a pathological liar and has the ability to fool drug dealers, pretending to be a damsel in distress to score cheap or free pills for Aston and Mike. They live in a candy land of their own making, naive to the dangers of their toxic relationship. Jealousy and betrayal will soon turn into a vicious homicide when Alexis murders Aston because she believes his substance abuse is killing Mike.

With Aston dead, Alexis and mike move across the country to Boston.Alexis is now on top, and mike has no idea that she killed Aston. Alexis is ruthless and obsessive, neither one of the men realized this, and now one is dead, and the other is under her vicious spell. Mike, with the help of some family in Boston, becomes a notorious cocaine dealer and Alexis is a waitress at a local restaurant during the day, and a cocktail waitress at a popular nightclub at night. A fast paced lifestyle leads to devastation when Mike is kidnapped by the Italian mafia and never seen again.

Devastated with a bruised ego, the overworked and underpaid Alexis turns to drinking for the first time in her life, she has Money left over from mikes illegal endeavors that was entrusted to her. She decides to quit her jobs and uses mikes money to go on a EDM cruise ship where she meets a DJ named Rick. For the first time in her life she meets a man that is just as vindictive has she is. Alcohol has taken its toll on Alexis, for once she is vulnerable and malleable, Rick convinces her to become one of his groupies and they head out to Las Vegas. Not even rick could calculate the woman, she swiftly ditches rick to become an EDM promoter using one of ricks connections to get into the business.

Sober and confident, Alexis almost forgets shes a murderer. She now makes Youtube videos in her trailer off the Vegas strip, Promoting various EDM artist and also manages a beauty channel. Alexis certainly does gain popularity quickly due to her charisma and beauty. Unfortunately, she was being stalked by a member of the Italian mafia, her Youtube videos led them straight to her. She was kidnapped and brought back to Boston, where she finds herself face to face with Mike, the man she thought was dead . It's been two years since shes left Boston and three since mikes disappearance, this was no happy reunion.In the midst of a drug induced rage, Alexis is accused of stealing from the mafia, something Mike had pinned on her no doubt. There was no reasoning with the men, Alexis was brought out to sea where she was thrown in a wood chipper and turned into fish food. Mike later went home unable to cope with the horror he just witnessed, he overdosed on cocaine and various pills, he lost track of what he was even ingesting.

There was no happy ending for the love triangle that started with lust and the need to be free, and ended with vanity and horror. Aston was a smart but naive young man that never had anyone to love, he never wanted to change the world, nor did he have ambition to match the hotheaded mike or the vindictive Alexis. Alas, it was his level head and cool nature that attracted the others, he was open minded and insightful which allowed the trio to form such a dangerous relationship. Mike gravitated towards his intelligence and Alexis gravitated towards his whimsical nature. It was unclear why Alexis fell in love with mike, maybe she just thought he was easier to control, maybe she was just sick of being Astons dog. In the end did they ever truly love each other, were they just chasing shadows? Was it the same will to be free that lead to their ultimate demise?

WELL NOW!!! That was fun I enjoy writing narrative stories. I'm certainly no writer, this is spontaneous improv. If you read the whole thing I hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading!   I apologize if it was difficult to read or poorly executed, this was hard! Props to all you creative writers out there, that was taxing and difficult to edit. If I write again I'm going to have to do it in word or a some kind of program it was stupid to type and edit that here...... sleep deprivation FTW!!!!!!
