Wanting to get this idea on virtual paper, so it'll be updated once I have some firm concepts.

This redhead is a police officer who was picked to join an intergalactic law enforcement group called the Galactic Guardians (or some other name).

She's physically enhanced (similar to the Super Soldier Program or the Spartans in Halo) and is outfitted with various tech:

CMR: A futuristic liquid chip technology implanted in a Guardians' brain. It is a memory pack bio-upgrade hardwired into the cortex of individuals to record telemetry, smell, video and audio and can hold 36 hours' worth of recorded audio-visual data. The chip is linked to the cybernetic visual implants in them that gives them a Heads-Up Display (HUD), allowing them to scan their targets, detect biorhythms, heat, have telescopic vision, and others. The chip is also linked to the Guardians' uniform
Multitool: A handheld device about as large as the gun handle. It can emit a particle spray that can almost instantly make any organic material (including fingerprints and bodies) visible and analyzable to her cybernetic sensor enhancements, or those of the suit, at least in a volume as large as a mid-sized room. It can also emit frequencies that can open electronic locks, appears to be capable of opening mechanical locks and has a medical injector that can apply various drugs (truth serum, stimulants, tranquilizers).

Omni Gun: This handgun has a holographic function display and can fire multiple types of ammunition (normal bullets, explosive bullets, tracking beacons, darts). It also has user identification so that it will emit a lethal charge to the user if he/she is unauthorized.

Jet Boots (for flight)

And she'll have an alien partner somewhere down the line with a similar outfit.
