Description
The Time Charm is of Dwarven design. This little item is rare and highly prized. With only three uses, indicated by the three pearls, the charm allows the user to move time backwards for five minutes by manually moving the "hand" one full rotation. Only the user will be aware of the time reversal giving him or her the opportunity to change the course of what would have been. The rarity of Dwarven mages and the great amount of magic power needed to create such a device limits the number of these devices in existence. In fact people have been know to kill in order to get their hands on one, even if only one or two time reversals are left on the device.
