So much stuff happening at once, my goodness! It's sad that Ark can't go with Lillian to Stridholt, but at least it sounds like the surgery went well and he will recover over time. <3 Thank goodness for that!
OOof, I can't help but feel so bad for the poor gal with all the drama and unresolved family troubles a brewing, sometimes moving away is the best thing to do in this scenario, just to think about yourself and focus on your own goals. :'o
The picture looks so lovely btw! I love the interesting filter effect you went with for the background, it really adds to the surrealism and shock of the moment that was experienced at the very moment! I can feel the Ouch just from looking at the picture, and poor Ark though he looks so confused and frightened!

Their situation is certainly not a great one currently. ;-; They've been training together for years and it will be a difficult task for Lillian to move on for the moment.
Time away from home will hopefully help her to free her mind from all the drama.

Nuuuuu, poor Arkady At least he will be fine, but damn - for a moment I got really, really worried for the poor fella! And I'm glad to see that Lillian and Sheila could patch up, even if just a little, their earlier talk. In Sheila's defence, it's not easy taking the news that your best friend is going away without much of a notice - although I can't blame Lillian in the least for wanting to get out. Having people you considered your friends talk behind your back is not the ideal enviroment where you want to work or live - here's hoping that Stridsholt will be a much nicer home for her!

I honestly can't hurt animal characters permanently. Just like in real life, the animal's wellbeing is my priority. ^^
Lillian and Sheila are masters at telling each other everything, but keep the unpleasant things away until it's too late. I'm sure they will talk about everything once the dust settles.

That's such a relatable dynamic - I'm guilty of it myself, like, an awful lot. But sometimes, letting everything settle does help to see things more clearly - hope it's the case for both of them Β
