I'm going to a comic con tomorrow. It's finally here and I am more than excited. I have everything ready, including a cosplay that is featured above. If only my friend can figure out what she's doing and actually call me back. That would pretty great.

Now why would I go out as Rin instead of the two that are actually featured in the song? Well for starters, my sister is doing Gumi. So she was already taken. I am also Rin in my Vocaloid cosplay group. Why worry about getting a ton of Miku stuff when I already had 90% of Rin's things. I'm to broke and lazy to get all of that. I spent a grand total of $15 on all the stuff I needed, just because i already owned all of it. And since Rin doesn't have an official design, I was able to get creative. So it was a better option.

That creativity with the design is also part of the reason I drew this picture. Now when my grandmother asks me what I went out as I can just show her this and tell her its from a cartoon(I know it's not, that's just what I'm telling my grandma who doesn't know). I also drew it because I just love Rin. It would be pretty funny if I had spent time and money making and owning several Rin cosplays, including the one for next year that may or may not be her full story of evil ball gown, and then said I hated her.

Seriously though, has anyone ever actually tried explaining Vocaloid to people? It's really hard. Maybe it's just me, but no matter how hard i try they just can't figure it out. By the end of the night I'm always just telling them it's an anime thing, even though it's not really and it's not helping the problem of everyone thinking it's an anime.
