Cthulhu Free from R'lhey and about to unleash several varieties of DOOM upon the human race.

Started as a very quick 6X6cm thumbnail, I scanned this with the intention of messing with the composition. suddenly i blinked, it was 3 days later and the image was complete.
Yes I know the anatomy is horrid even for a Great Old One and I certainlky could have pushed the values more. Atill it was an excellent learning experience and the next piece will be better...onward and upwards!...or down into madness if you prefer!
cthulhu is the creation of HP lovecraft or whom ever handles his estate now, read his work its awsome.

well two and a bit years later and this is looking really dated now, that anatomy is well retarded and the colours look really pastely and washed out. still like it though and i've learned a lot since then.
