Muira, Cascade Grey wolf, at sunset at the start of Autumn
after the hottest, driest summer on record where I live
Normally I'd try to get as much depth of focus as possible for a shot like this, but for some reason I opened the lens almost all the way. I like the way it makes the background grass seem to glow, so I'm going to say it was on purpose.
The lens flare at least was on purpose.
