I've been meaning to illustrate this song for the longest time.
Actuallly did a doodle of this like....months ago but it sucked too much for me to finish it.

So I like..
Redid the sketch and loved it, and thus this pic was born.

omg.
I adore that song.

To me, it sort of...describes an entire lifetime.. during the 3 minutes and 17 seconds that it plays.
There's the childhood bliss, the joy, and the pain, all in one.
And it seems like a very strong theme in it is that through all the hard times and even all the bitter hate, the ones you truly love will never really abandon you.

Uh.
I think it wound up looking kind of dorky.
So not what I pictured in my head.

I totally failed at getting the darker, more grim look I wanted.
I just suck at shading in pixels without the help of the burn tool Dx

AND I PARTED PEPPER'S HAIR WRONG.

Sketched this in school without the ref and I was too lazy to fix it later on. DDDDx
