With Plate Girl finally pushing Duck out the way, it at this point she might need another breather after the first one, only this time she got up and left the room both Sarah and Duck were in. While Sarah noticed the duck feathers that fell, she also noticed Plate Girl tried to hold in her laughter while Duck attempted to tickle her. This leaves her to think that Plate Girl might be ticklish, but she just doesn't want to admit it. With the coast being clear she picked up the feathers that fell off Duck and waited until she came back in the room.
Sure enough Plate Girl did in fact come back after a while, and sure enough this was the moment of truth. With being told the plan beforehand, he got involved by tugging a bit on Plate Girl's jumper. Plate Girl sees this and attempts to get Duck off of her a second time, only for her to topple over in the process, ending with Duck catching her(and probably holding her down in the exact position she's currently in). Sarah then comes over, some feathers already in hand. First, she use the 1 feather in hand to Tickle Plate Girl in exact spot Duck was tickling her, which led Plate Girl the same reaction like how she did to Duck, only this time, Sarah didn't budge. Leaving one feather in the exact same area, Sarah grabs another feather(with her right hand of course), and tries to look for a ticklish area, eventually settling in on the stomach. While Plate Girl still has the reaction of pushing someone away, with the second feather in play, she snickers a bit, probably as an attempt to hold in her laughter. Sarah sees this and thinks that she found a 'sweet spot'. She pulls the second feather away only to grab a third feather with same hand and used both on the stomach. Eventually Duck decides to join in after holding Plate Girl down for a while. While he remained in the same spot, he uses his wing to tickle Plate Girl the same way, the only difference being it's in a different spot than the last. At this point, with the influx of feathers, Plate Girl couldn't hold in her laughter anymore. Sarah seeing that she made Plate Girl burst out with laughter with also the reaction of her kicking a bit, she indeed found this a sweet revenge, and did in fact solve her thought of Plate Girl being ticklish.

Jeez, this took a while to draw. I got asked if Plate Girl was ticklish n the aftermath post as she seemed annoyed in it. Hope this answers your question!
