Featuring Isla and Billy waltzing on the mansion balcony before a captivated audience of Lenore, Oswald, Mrs. Wong and Lamai.

For Isla's dress, I thought I'd go with a sparkling golden yellow dress similar to Belle's famous ball grown.

Billy's getup on the other hand is plain but formal, with a white shirt and blue vest reminiscent of the peasent clothes Belle wore when she first arrived at the Beast's castle.
