Description
I hybrid I designed for customization on an HTTYD forum. This is a hybrid of the Desert Wraith from Rise of Berk and a Night Fury. (they look very similar... so it's pretty much a spikier Night Fury. But who doesn't like things spikier?) These are customizable by request and can also be done with extra back stripes, as well as colored bellies and backs. There's some species information below.

Stats are roughly:

Attack 18

Speed: 18

Armor: 20

Firepower: 12

Shot limit: 6

Venom: 3

Jaw Strength: 5

Stealth: 16

They still shoot plasma like a normal Night Fury, though the blast color is purple, rather than blue. They can dig and bury themselves in the sand, and undulate slightly from side to side during flight. It's spinal spikes are permanently split, and their teeth are not retractable. Size is about 23-24' as an adult, so they are significantly smaller than a Night Fury, though the wingspan is about the same, allowing for almost vertical take-off. It is considered mildly venomous, as a bite from this dragon is prone to infection. Their mouths are teeming with bacteria, and their teeth have serrated edges. They are known to be primarily dark colors, with varying color and intensity markings, although there are some leucistic individuals, (true albinos are very rare).

While it can use echolocation, it is not as capable when using it as a Night Fury, and can disorient itself while using it if distracted. It is much better as sensing the magnetic fields of the ground, which enable it to always know which direction is up or down while digging, and also pinpoint the location of small prey underground.

(Mostly this hybrid was fun to create. It was done by heavily using references, but it was drawn by hand, scanned, and made into a digital piece.)
