A remake of an old 1940’s comic “Red Rube” from sip comics. Artist for the majority of the run was Bill Vigoda, creator of the character was Ed Robbins.
As far as i’m aware Red Rube is in the public domain and free to play around with. If i am wrong or this changes please correct me.
Although i highly doubt you’ll find much in common with the original story as I mainly took it as inspiration/a starting poin5 to work off of as such much has been changed.
The original comic only had like 10 issues and most of them were war ad’s.
Dont talk about war navy boat departure time cause their are spy’s about, don't steal from the rations.
