Using only the tools of photoshop, I managed to play with the wave filter a bit. This wallpaper is now on all of my friends' desktops.. There are about 3 of this series.Related content

Something about this strikes me as looking amatuerish. But that isn't to say that it's not damn awesome.
I guess it could have been tweaked a bit more to better the overall presentation, but I guess I shouldn't complain too much, seeing as everything else is just right, down to the lack of inane text and typography.

Well, It didn't send me sprawling into the ends of cyberspace imagination like matt, but it does present a cool, random yet fluid motion. Kinda like one of those surrounding waves/tubes exploded.
Kinda reminds me of that Nexus from the Star Trek: next generation movie.

sweet. the color in this is just great, and the contrast between the light/dark is really well done. (not too overdone) its one of those pieces thats just alot of fun to look at and ponder, rather than trying to make it into something
