Description
Original pencils 90's. In the silver age of comics Gorillas were very popular especially at DC Comics. It was said if you put a Gorilla on the cover, there would be a spike in sales. Another popular theme was "Devolution" changing someone into a "caveman" or some other prehistoric form. Needless to say, I loved it when it happened to a woman. Gorilla Grodd is a DC villain intelligent gorilla who often turns humans into gorillas or ape like creatures. "GiriRilla" was a tribute to that idea.... bonus points if anyone knows the "Paula Dupree" reference.BTX

Wow, this is probably my all time favourite among your drawings !
I've always wondered what's the story behind it.
It's funny, my favourite pasttime these days is searching online for the old comic issues containing some female devolution TFs.
( Not much luck so far)
But i love the captive wild woman reference ! ( Always thought it would be much nicer if she had been a human turned ape in the movies as well !)

Captive Wild Woman--the lost Universal Monster. NIce work--wouldn't mind seeing this developed more. A foe for Urtha, perhaps?
