Description
Early in the development of what would become Gateway, it was assumed that all modules would launch on SLS. One proposed initial station configuration would've used Node 4 and an NEM, combining them into a single launch was considered. This was analogous to PPE+HALO, with NEM providing power, propulsion, communications, and about half the habitable volume, while the Node provided berthing ports
