A Cyclone 4M, built by Ukraine's Yuzhnoye State Design Office, deploys a batch of OneWeb satellites into low Earth orbit. Theres no actual plans for such an arrangement, but it seemed appropriate given the harm both companies endured due to Russia's invasion and subsequent broader international disputes. I'm hopeful that, post-war, Ukraine's aerospace industry will continue to be a major part of its economy as it has for the last three decades, both for the value it brings to humanity and to further cement Ukraine as an independent, modern nation. Their Dnepr, Cyclone, and Zenit rocket families were major players in the early-post-Soviet commercial market, and they continue to manufacture components for or aid in the development of numerous American and European launch vehicles

In the nearer term, OneWeb has secured launches on SpaceX's Falcon 9 to replace Soyuz's roll in initial constellation deployment
