A Maxar PPE-derived reusable tug prepares to dock with an expendable propellant tank, held stable in an elliptical Earth orbit by a New Glenn second stage. The combined PPE-tank stack forms a Refueling Element, to support future evolution of the National Team or Dynetics lander architecture
