I am offering my 3D Prop Modeling services via Fiverr.com to game developers everywhere! I have experience with many art styles and many pipelines. All of my props will include LODs, appropriate pivot points, optimized UVs and 4k Texture maps.

I can create props that are clean, detailed, and will work well in Unity, Unreal Engine, TwinMotion, or any other game engine you are using. I always combine props into texture sets to achieve maximum engine optimization. I only leave holes in the model where the player will never see them, I make sure all my prop models have the same texel density, I bake high poly normal maps onto low poly models, and I stack UVs where I can in an effort to maximize texture quality.

I am offering my packages based on how many 4k texture sets you want. Depending on the actual size of each prop, I can fit up to 10 props onto one 4k texture set without sacrificing quality. If you would like one large set piece to occupy a 4k texture set, I am able to do that as well.
